Hi Clayton, I have been trying to place an order for a pair of Caladan speakers since the 26th Oct 23. There appears to be be no way to do so via your website so I tried calling and emailing with no response. Perhaps it's because I live in Australia. The forum is my last resort, can someone please help?

Hello Naz,

Let me check to see if you emails are coming through. I dont remember seeing them. In any event, we do ship to Australia. The price of the Caladan is the same, but we will need arrange shipping. Do you know which wood you prefer? For export orders, we accept bank wire transfers. I can email you that information and a pro forma invoice to get started if you would like. Sorry for the communication disconnect. Let me know your email address - it might have dropped in a spam folder. Either way, we can stay connected going forward.

Hi Clayton,

Thank you for your response, I have to admit I almost gave up. In fact as a last resort I posted a plea for help on the New Record Day site in the hope that that may be able to contact you on my behalf. My choice is Oak hardwood and I am happy to pay via bank transfer. I'd prefer not to post my email address here as it is a public forum and hope that you are able to retrieve it from my login details. Please let me know if you can't and I'll take a chance. Looking forward to finally getting my order placed and congratulations on a magnificent job with the Caladans.
