[Sticky] ETA UPDATE AUG 4 2024

Hello Everyone

We are still working on the Nov list I posted in the last ETA update. Tweeters and input plates are on backorder, so we are continuing to build up the speakers and then add those parts when they arrive this month. We are storing them partially built up to optimize throughput speed. These parts delays are minor, so we just have to be patient and do what can while waiting. Once we get through the NOV/DEC bubble, we can start getting caught up more quickly, since there are only 72 pairs total on order for all of 2024 so far. Believe me when I say that I understand some of you are frustrated by the delay - it drives me crazy and I deal with it on a daily basis. We are obviously moving as quickly as possible to get orders out. If your name does not appear on the Nov list, please refrain from emailing me for an update. I can't give a useful ETA date until we get into the range of your order. I really appreciate your patience so far. Most of you have said that while it is hard to wait, they are aware of what an performance advancement the Caladan represents and will wait longer than they typically would. We have a highly trained team of 4 technicians building so we are committed to the production and doing everything possible.
